Exporting Data

Exporting Data in EquiBillBook allows you to export customers, suppliers, items, transactions, reports, and other data to Excel, PDF, CSV, or other formats. This guide explains how to export data from EquiBillBook.

Understanding Data Export

Data export enables you to:

  • Export data for backup purposes
  • Export data for analysis in Excel
  • Export reports for sharing
  • Export data for migration
  • Create offline copies of data

Supported Export Formats

EquiBillBook supports exporting to:

  • Excel: .xlsx format for data analysis
  • PDF: .pdf format for reports and documents
  • CSV: .csv format for data import/export

Accessing Export Function

To export data:

  1. Navigate to the relevant module (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Reports, etc.)
  2. View the list or report you want to export
  3. Click on "Export" button

1. Customer Export

Export customer data:
