Sales Summary Reports help you:

  • View overall sales performance at a glance

Accessing Sales Summary Reports

To generate sales summary reports:

  1. Navigate to the Reports module from the main menu
  2. Click on Sales ReportsSales Summary Report or Summary Report
  3. Select date range and filters
  4. Click "Generate Report"

Report Information Displayed

Overall Sales Summary

The summary shows:

  • Total Sales: Total revenue for the period
  • Number of Invoices: Count of sales invoices
  • Average Invoice Value: Average sales amount per invoice
  • Total Quantity Sold: Total units/items sold
