Delivery tracking allows you to:
- Monitor the real-time status of deliveries
- Track shipment progress from dispatch to delivery

Setting Up Delivery Tracking
Adding Tracking Information
When creating or updating a delivery challan:
- Enter Tracking Number provided by the shipping carrier
- Select or enter the Shipping Carrier name
- Add Shipping Method (Standard, Express, Overnight, etc.)
- Enter Dispatch Date when goods are sent
- Add Expected Delivery Date if available
Shipping Details
Include comprehensive shipping information:
- Courier/Shipping Company: Name of the shipping service
- Tracking URL: Link to carrier's tracking page
- Waybill Number: Shipping document reference
- Shipping Address: Complete delivery address
- Contact Person: Recipient name and phone number
Tracking Delivery Status
Status Updates
Update delivery status as goods move through the process:
- Pending: Challan created, awaiting dispatch
- Dispatched: Goods have left your premises
- In Transit: Goods are being transported
- Out for Delivery: Goods are with local delivery agent

Updating Status Manually

- Open the delivery challan details
